Ticket exchange does not entail any additional charge. Only one exchange per ticket possible.

You can add multiple tickets to be exchanged following the defined order:

1. Enter a ticket number once at the time

2. Click Search

3. Enter the next number then click search again, until you have added all your tickets

Attention, check that each ticket appears in your basket located on the right of the screen or below the screen on mobile.

You can then click next and select your new visit date.
